- 根据干式双离合器的工作条件及其结构特点确定约束条件和设计变量,建立了干式双离合器摩擦片优化模型.在离合器摩擦片工作状态下,以表面热流密度最小为目标函数,通过灰狼优化算法对模型进行优化设计.优化结果表明:优化后的离合器摩擦片的热流密度比优化前减少了14.03%,该结果可对摩擦片结构参数优化提供理论参考.
- Abstract:
- According to the working conditions and structural characteristics of the dry double clutch, the constraint conditions and design variables are determined, and the dry double clutch friction plate optimization model is established. Under the working condition of the clutch friction plate, the minimum heat flux density is taken as the objective function, and the model is optimized by the grey wolf optimization algorithm. The optimization results show that the optimized heat flux density of the clutch friction plate is 14.03% lower than that before optimization. This result can provide a theoretical reference for the optimization of the friction plate structure parameters.
