- 以林业技术专业为例，探讨了职业技能等级评价认定体系下的人才培养模式.该种模式以职业技能等级评价为核心，具体细化了培养目标与规格，对课程设置与教学内容进行针对性改革，同时在教学模式与方法上也有所创新.此外，实训基地的建设与师资队伍的培养也是该模式的重要组成部分.为确保该种人才培养模式的有效执行，该文提出了一系列保障措施，涵盖政策与制度的支持、资金与资源的合理配置，以及严格的质量监控与评估机制.该文为林业技术专业和其他专业领域在职业技能等级评价认定下的人才培养提供了有价值的参考.
- Abstract:
- Taking the forestry technology major as an example，we discuss the talent cultivation mode under the system of vocational skill level evaluation and recognition. This model is centered on the evaluation of vocational skills level， specifically refining the training objectives and specifications，carrying out targeted reforms on the curriculum and teaching content，and also innovating in the teaching mode and method. In addition，the construction of practical training bases and the training of teachers are also important components of this model. In order to ensure the effective implementation of this talent cultivation model，a series of safeguard measures are proposed，including the support of policies and systems， the rational allocation of funds and resources，and the strict quality control and evaluation mechanism. The results provide valuable references for talent cultivation under the recognition of vocational skill level evaluation not only for forestry technology major，but also for a wider range of professional fields.
