- 针对工艺规程设计中的计算机辅助装夹规划问题,提出了一种基于约束关系图的零件装夹规划.该规划根据零件加工特征的刀具接近方向生成零件的装夹方案集,并通过特征间的几何公差约束筛选出零件装夹规划的优化方案.实例分析表明,该方法有效可行,可为制定计算机辅助工艺路线提供参考.
- Abstract:
- To deal with the computer assisted setup planning in process planning, a kind of setup plan is proposed based on constraint graphs in this paper. The clamping scheme set of the parts is formed according to the tool approach direction of the machining features on the parts, and through geometric tolerance constraints between features. The example analysis shows that the method is effective and feasible, it can provide reference for computer aided process planning.
