- 基于动态交易事件视角分析电子商务交易中对信用评估起决策作用的因素,将交易看作具有动态属性的事件,并将整个交易过程及其所带来的影响分解为由事件时间、空间、强度构成的三元维度组,以此构建电子商务平台卖家信用评估模型与方法.该方法同时计算买卖双方的信誉积累,根据信用反馈的结果动态调整卖家在后续交易行为中的信用.仿真实验表明,本文方法能较好地实现对电商平台上卖家的信用评估.
- Abstract:
- Based on the dynamic transaction event theory, this paper attempts to analyze the factors which play the decision-making role in the trust evaluation of electronic commerce transactions. It recognizes the transaction as an event with dynamic characteristics, and the whole process of the transaction with its effects are divided into a three-dimensional group such as event time, space and intensity in order to establish the evaluation models and methods concerning seller's trust on electronic commerce platform. It is found that the method can also calculate the trust accumulation of both sellers and buyers simultaneously to adjust the sellers credit in the further transactions according to the dynamic changes in the credit feedback. The results of the simulation experiment indicate that the method recommended in this paper can properly fulfil the sellers credit evaluation on the electronic commerce platform.
