- 以吉林省延吉市某小区高层建筑框架结构工程为实例,对地下室后浇带和墙体水平施工缝的施工提出了新的构造措施:后浇带两侧采用由钢板网和钢筋骨架组成的模板,并且在其之间设置钢筋作为水平支撑,同时用钢板止水带止水的方法; 水平施工缝采用钢板止水带止水、开口箍筋定位的方法.工程实践表明,施工质量符合现行规范验收标准,可为类似工程提供借鉴.
- Abstract:
- We take the project of high-rise frame structure of a certain community in Yanji city of Jilin province as an example, and put forward a series of new structural measures for the post-pouring zone of the basement and the horizontal construction joint of the wall. For the two sides of post-pouring zone, we make the expanded metal combined with steel skeleton as its template and set rebars as horizontal support and use the water stop to stop the underground water. For the horizontal construction joint of the wall, we adopt the method that using steel plate water stop to check water and open stirrup to position it. Testified by the practice, the construction quality meets the requirements of specification acceptance standard, so this approach can be applied to similar project.
