- 为研究共享自行车使用者的满意度,提升使用者的出行体验,运用结构方程模型理论建立了一种共享自行车使用者满意度的测评模型,并在问卷调查的基础上采用极大似然估计方法拟合验证了模型的有效性.共享自行车使用满意度影响因素的关联性分析结果表明,影响共享自行车使用满意度的因素的大小顺序依次是舒适性、有形性、经济性、便利性和企业服务,其中舒适性、有形性、经济性对满意度有显著影响.
- Abstract:
- In order to investigate the bike -sharing user’s satisfaction and improve the user’s travel experience, the survey of bike -sharing user’s satisfaction based on structural equation model was constructed. With the questionnaire survey, the maximum likelihood estimation method was used to fit the data, and the validity of the model is tested. Then, the connections between the factors that might affect the bike -sharing user’s satisfaction were analyzed. The results show that the order of factors according to their influences on the satisfaction were comfortableness, tangible, economy, convenience and enterprise service. Among them, the comfort of bike -sharing has the most significant impact on user satisfaction, and the tangible and economy also have significant influence on the satisfaction.
