- 以白莱菔提取液为主要功效成分制备了一种白莱菔纳米乳.采用DPPH自由基清除法对莱菔提取液进行了体外抗氧化活性测定; 采用伪三元相图筛选基质中的表面活性剂、油相及助表面活性剂; 采用Zeta电位分析仪和透射电子显微镜测定了纳米乳的粒径大小及其外观形态; 通过测定纳米乳液的耐热耐寒性能和保湿性能等对纳米乳液的理化性质和功效进行了评价.研究结果表明,制备的白莱菔纳米乳液具有良好的保湿和抗氧化性能,并且在耐热耐寒和安全性等方面均符合化妆品规范标准,因此该白莱菔纳米乳具有很好的开发利用价值.
- Abstract:
- A kind of white radish nanoemulsio was prepared with the extract of Radish as the main active component. DPPH free radical scavenging method was used to determine the antioxidant activity of the extract of R.sativus in vitro.Pseudo - ternary phase diagram was used to screen surfactants, oil phases and cosurfactants in the matrix.Zeta potential analyzer and transmission electron microscope were used to determine the particle size and appearance of the nanoemulsion.The physicochemical properties and efficacy of nanoemulsion were evaluated by measuring its heat and cold resistance and skin moisture content.The results show that the prepared white nanoemulsion of Semen sativus has good moisturizing and antioxidant properties, and meets the standards of cosmetics in terms of heat resistance, cold resistance and safety.Therefore, the nanoemulsio has good development and utilization value.
