- 为研究石龙芮的生药学特性,通过文献分析确定了石龙芮的基源,通过对采集的石龙芮的性状进行研究规范了其性状特征,利用显微镜明确了根、茎、叶的组织结构及粉末结构特征,利用薄层色谱初步建立了石龙芮的鉴别方法.本文研究结果可为制定石龙芮的质量标准提供科学依据.
- Abstract:
- In order to investigate the pharmacognosy characteristics of Ranunculus sceleratus L., its base source was determined firstly through the review of literatures, and the traits of the collected plant were standardized through the explore of its morpholog, powder structure and the tissue structure of root, stem and leaf was characterized by microscope, the structural characteristics root, stem, leaf and power of Ranunculus sceleratus L. were clarified by microscope. The identification method of thin layer chromatography was preliminary established. A scientific basis to establish quality standards of Ranunculus sceleratus L.will be provided.
