- 依据四君子汤所用药材具有抗氧化和美白的功效,将四君子汤应用于护手霜的制备中.用单因素试验法和点数法筛选四君子汤护手霜的配方,采用动物皮肤试验测定护手霜对皮肤的刺激性.研究结果表明: 护手霜的最佳配方为甘油7.5%、丙二醇6.0%、棕榈酸异辛酯6.0%、聚二甲基硅氧烷5.0%、硬脂醇4.0%、硬脂酸1.0%、苯氧乙醇0.7%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5%、三乙醇胺0.35%、卡波姆940 0.35%、香精0.5%、 4种药材提取液的混合液5.5%; 护手霜的感官、理化指标符合国家化妆品相关标准,且具有较好的抗氧
- Abstract:
- The Sijunzi decoction was used in the preparation of hand cream for its antioxidant and whitening activity. The formula of Sijunzi decoction hand cream was screened by single factor test and integral method, and the final product was carried out to skin irritation tests by animal skin test. The experimental results show that the optimum formula of the Sijunzi decoction hand cream is glycerine 7.5%, propylene glycol 6.0%, isooctyl palmitate 6.0%, polydimethylsiloxane 5.0%, stearyl alcohol 4.0%, stearic acid 1.0%, phenoxyethanol 0.7%, disodium edetate 0.5%, triethanolamine 0.35%, carbomer 940 0.35%, fragrance 0.5% and herbal extract 5.5%. The sense organ and physicochemical index of the hand cream with better antioxidant properties reach the national cosmetic standards. Thus, the hand cream exhibit good development and utilization value.
