- 针对现有POS机读卡器的发射功率、灵敏度、传输速率较低以及兼容性差等问题,设计了一款基于RF芯片AS3911的非接触式CPU卡读卡器.该读卡器的输出电压、消耗电流、晶振频率、射频信号、载波频率、阻抗匹配值等参数经检测均符合相关规定的指标.将设计方案(产品)应用于POS机的读卡系统表明,该读卡器的发射功率、灵敏度、兼容性及稳定性比现有的读卡器有了很大的提高,具有很好的开发利用价值.
- Abstract:
- At present, some POS card readers have certain limitations especially in high speed application due to its low transmitting power, low sensitivity and poor card compatibility. Therefore, this paper introduces a hardware circuit design of a contact -less CPU card reader based on AS3911 RF chip, testing results shows that all the parameters such as power output voltage, operating current, XTAL, RF frequency and impedance matching are complied with the corresponding indicators. The design result is applied to the card reading system of POS machine, which shows that the card reader has higher transmitting power, higher sensitivity and compatibility, and higher stability.
