- 采用70%乙醇(体积百分比)回流提取,结合硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、大孔吸附树脂及半制备高效液相等分离纯化方法,在库页红景天的根茎中分离得到20个化合物.利用核磁共振谱、质谱结构鉴定出所得20个化合物分别为十一烷(1)、三十五烷(2)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(3)、没食子酸甲酯(4)、2,6-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯乙酮(5)、2,4-二羟基-6-甲氧基苯乙酮(6)、对羟基苯甲酸(7)、2(R)-26-[[(2E)-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1-oxo-2-propen-1-yl]oxy]-2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester(8)、咖啡酸(9)、没食子酸(10)、酪醇(11)、山柰酚(12)、4,6-二羟基-2-O-(β -D-吡喃葡萄糖苷)-苯乙酮(13)、2,6-二甲氧基-4-O-(β -D-吡喃葡萄糖苷)-苯乙酮(14)、熊果苷(15)、苏丹三(16)、大黄素(17)、芦丁(18)、木犀草苷(19)、3’-甲氧基木犀草素-7-O- β -D葡萄糖苷(20),其中(1)、(2)、(4)、(5)、(6)、(8)、(13)、(14)、(16)、(17)、(19)、(20)为首次从库页红景天中分离得到,(2)、(5)、(8)、(13)、(16)、(17)、(20)为首次从红景天属植物中分离得到.
- Abstract:
- Twenty compounds are isolated from the rhizomes of Rhodiola sachalinensis A.Bor.by extracting with 70% ethanol(volume percentage)under reflux, combined with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, macroreticular resin column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. The chemical structures of isolated compounds are elucidated by NMR and MASS.They are identified to be undecane(1), pentatriacontane(2), dibutyl phthalate(3), methyl gallate(4), 2,6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyacetophenone(5), 2,4-dihydroxy-6-methoxyphenylethanone(6), p-hydroxybenzoic acid(7), 2(R)-26-[[(2E)-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1-oxo-2-propen-1-yl]oxy]-2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester(8), caffeic acid(9), gallic acid(10), tyrosol(11), kaempferol(12), 4,6-dihydroxy-2-O-(β -D-glucopyranosyl)acetophenone(13), 2,6-dimethoxy acetopheonone-4-O-(β -D-glucopyranosyl)acetophenone(14), arbutin(15), sudan III(16), emodin(17), rutin(18), galuteolin(19), and 3’-methoxyl luteolin-7-O- β -D-glucoside(20). Among them,(1),(2),(4),(5),(6),(8),(13),(14),(16),(17),(19)and(20)are isolated from Rhodiola sachalinensis A.Bor.for the first time,(5),(8),(13),(16),(17)and(20)are firstly obtained from the genus Rhodiola.
