- 为了改善工业生产中对非接触式照明线路检测精度不高和布线定位难的问题,依据微弱交变电流非接触测量技术,利用单片机STC12C5A602和电流感应传感器设计了一款简易的照明线路探测仪,该探测仪在检测到物体下方有照明电缆时会发出声光提示,并在LCD12864上显示照明电缆的坐标信息.测试结果表明,该照明线路探测仪检测精度高、速度快,使用方便,便于携带.
- Abstract:
- In order to improve the low accuracy and wiring difficult positioning of existing non-contact light cable detection in industrial production, the non-contact weak current detection technology was used. A simple light cable detector was designed based on STC12C5A602 and current sensor. When the lighting circuit was detected below, sound and light alarm was happened and the coordinate of circuit were displayed on LCD12864. The test result shows that the light cable detector has high accuracy, high speed, easy to use and carry.
