- 以2,4-吡啶二甲酸为原料合成了2,4-二-(5-甲氧基-2-噻唑基)吡啶,并用红外光谱、核磁共振和质谱对其结构进行了表征.光谱研究表明,该化合物可作为Ag+和pH值(基于其在pH=1~6的范围内的双发射响应行为)的比率荧光探针.
- Abstract:
- 2,4-di(5-methoxy-2-thiazoyl)pyridine(MTP)was synthesized by 2,4-pyridyl dicarboxylic acid and characterized by IR, NMR and MS. A ratiometric fluorescence probe of pH(ranged from 1 to 6 based on the dual-emission of MTP)and Ag+ was observed for MTP.
