- 以小米草为主料制备了一款抗氧化保湿乳液.以硬脂酸、卡波姆-940和丙三醇3个因素为自变量,以乳液的综合评分为响应值对乳液的基质配方进行了响应面优化.优化结果显示,小米草乳液基质的最佳配方为:5.00%硬脂酸、0.15%卡波姆和4.00%丙三醇(分数均为质量分数).对制备的样品进行测定显示:该乳液具有良好的保湿性、抗氧化性和安全性,并且乳液的耐寒、耐热性以及pH值等理化指标均符合GB/T29665—2013《护肤乳液》中的相关标准.因此,该乳液可为小米草在中药化妆品中的应用提供参考.
- Abstract:
- A emulsion with antioxidant and moisturizing properties was prepared using Euphrasia pectinata Tenore as the main ingredient. Response surface optimization of the base formulation of the emulsion using three factors,stearic acid, carbomer-940,and glycerol,as independent variables,and the overall score of the emulsion as the response value showed that the optimal formulation of the Euphrasia pectinata Tenore emulsion base was 5.00% stearic acid,0.15% carbomer, and 4.00% glycerol(Fraction is mass fraction). Measurement of the prepared emulsion showed the emulsion exhibit good moisturizing,antioxidant and safety,and the physicochemical indexes of the emulsion,such as cold resistance, heat resistance,pH value,etc.,complies with Chinese national standard (GB/T 29665—2013,Skin Care Emulsion). Therefore,the emulsion can provide a reference for the application of Euphrasia pectinata Tenore in traditional Chinese medicine cosmetics.
