- 针对传统的QRS检测算法计算复杂度高、检测率低的缺点,采用Teager-Kaiser权重去噪算法对QRS波进行检测,以此提高R波的检测率.利用MIT-BIH心律不齐数据库和PTBdb数据库对本文提出的方法进行验证,结果表明本文提出的QRS检测算法具有计算简单、准确率高的优点.
- Abstract:
- Aiming at the shortcoming of high computational complexity and low detection rate of QRS detection algorithm, this paper uses Teager-Kaiser weighted denoising algorithm to detect QRS waveform and improve the detection rate of R wave.The proposed method is verified by using MIT-BIH arrhythmia database and PTBdb database. The results show that the accuracy of the proposed QRS detection algorithm has the advantages of simple calculation and high accuracy.
